LYME LIGHT! JULY 9, 2002: Jeanine Jackson, Foster Caddell, Sam D'Ambruoso, several guests and I assembled at the the recently opened Krieble Gallery at the Florence Griswold Museum.
FAMILY VALUES, August 13, 2002: A tour of the ALDRICH MUSEUM in Ridgefield, then, organizer Susan Strauss, Francis Philbert, Sophia James, Madeline Moriarty, and Jeanine Jackson where treated to a private tour of George Passantino's studio.
Christmas in CT Dec 9, 02 Revelers: Schur, Delafontaine, Rorick, DAmbruoso, James, Jackson, Grimsley, Stember, Moriarty, Reader and Frenck (left) joined DeVito, Wagner and Kissel for holiday cheer, art-swap grab-bag, and customary critiques. And for all t'was a good night!

October 29: The red carpet was rolled out for CSOPA at the beautiful Wadsworth Atheneum in Hartford. Accompanying us on a docent-led tour of the first-ever American exhibit of 17th-century Flemish Master, Michael Sweerts was CSOPA organizer, Susan Strauss, her lovely friend, Jackie, new CSOPA members Janet Wagner and Elizabeth Stone, plus Michel Delafontaine, Sophia James, William Rorick, and Jeanine Jackson. susan@susanstrauss.com.

Tuesday, NOV 19, 2003: Greenwich. "The Pleasures of Collecting" featured an amazing array of works from the Renaissance to the Impressionists loaned from significant private collections in the Greenwich area. Included were Manet's "Self-Portrait" and Dega's "Ballerina." Thanks to Sophia James, the admission was free for CSOPA members that day.
